BECKETT-MEXICO

Founder and director of BECKETT-MEXICO, a curatorial, research, performance, and exhibition initiative launched in 2018 to foster collaboration among Mexican and Latin-American scholars and practitioners working on Samuel Beckett. The initiative has resulted in three international conferences and several dissemination projects. Key collaborators include Mexican institutions such as Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Seminario de Cultura Mexicana, and Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, along with international partners like The Samuel Beckett Society, Trinity College Dublin, the Irish Embassy of Mexico, Culture Ireland, Universidad de Almería, and Universidad de Buenos Aires.

After a productive period, the initiative paused in 2021.

BECKETT-MEXICO is also a sister initiative of VÉRTICE BECKETT, based at Universidad de Almería, further expanding the transdisciplinary dialogue on Beckett’s work across regions.
